Remember that pitching mechanics are more unique to each pitcher (compared to other aspects of the game, hitting, fielding, etc. where pretty much every pro has the same mechanics). One pro pitcher may do a specific mechanic one way and another pro pitcher may do the same mechanic a totally different way. Do some playing around with your own mechanics and find what works best for YOU!
