Baseball Functional Training Program

Program Details:
  • Dates: Sept 8th - October 29th
  • Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Time: 4-5 pm
  • Location: Iris Fields (SW Field)
  • Ages: 8-14 years
            *Participants will be teamed up with participants               of similar age/athletic ability level for exercises.
  • Cost: 
            -15 Session Package $150 ($10 per session)
            -10 Session Package $125 ($12.50 per session)
            -5 Session Package $75 ($15 per session)
            -Drop In Rate: $20/Session      
        *Unused sessions of packages will not be refunded 
Looking to gain power & all-around athleticism this off season? 

BCM Performance is teaming up with Ronick Baseball Academy to offer a comprehensive baseball strength, speed & agility conditioning program!
What To Bring Each Session:
  • Water bottle, cleats, athletic apparel (sweatshirt in late October), a good attitude ready to “Get after it!”
Program Focuses:
  • Functional Strength, Core Power, Speed, Agility, Athletic Coordination, Joint Integrity and Mobility, Arm Injury Prehab.
Extra Information:
  • Each Session is limited to 12 participants on a first registered first served basis (via the sign up form).
  • Sessions with less than 4 participants may be cancelled by instructors.
  • Sessions will only be led by one instructor.
  • Payment made by cash or check will be collected for entire session package up front (if a "package" is purchased) or at the start of the session for drop in option. 
  • Money Back Guarantee: If you buy a package and try the program for the first session and are dissatisfied or feel that it is not worth the cost of the program, we will give you a refund of your money. No refunds will be granted for drop in sessions.
Please Note:
  • Instructors are not certified personal trainers or strength coaches. Instructors are having participants execute baseball specific functional training exercises they have learned from over 12 years of experience (collectively) in their collegiate and professional baseball careers.
  • As exercises will be using no more than 10 pounds, they are all "safe" for youth athletes. 
  • A doctor should be consulted before participation in any sessions to ensure participant is at an appropriate athletic shape/level to participate in session(s).
